These Terms & Conditions govern your use of mimsy.shop and purchases from Mimsy. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy also apply. The Privacy Policy governs how personal information is handled.

1. Website access and use

You may browse most of the website without an account. If you use an account, you are responsible for keeping access to it secure. Purchases should be made by an adult or with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

You may use the website for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the checkout, interfere with the website, transmit harmful code, or upload material that is unlawful or infringes another person's rights.

2. Products, prices and offers

Product descriptions, available options and prices are shown on the relevant product page. The price payable, applicable taxes and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Prices are in US dollars unless another currency is explicitly displayed.

When a promotional price is shown, that price already includes the advertised reduction unless the offer states that a discount code is required. A displayed compare-at price is a reference price; it is not an additional charge. The current promotion does not add a second discount to an already reduced price. Additional offers can be combined only when expressly stated.

We aim to keep product and price information accurate. If a material error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it. If the order cannot be fulfilled as agreed, you may cancel for a refund. Price changes do not alter the agreed price of an order already accepted.

3. Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details when ordering. Payments are processed through the payment options available at checkout. We may need to contact you to clarify order details or investigate a suspected payment or fraud issue. If we cancel an order that has been paid for, the payment will be refunded.

4. Fulfillment and shipping

We use fulfillment partners to prepare and dispatch orders, and items may be shipped directly from those partners. Shipping options, charges and delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Standard shipping is free for US orders with no minimum order value. An optional Express service costs $15.00 USD when offered at checkout.

Using a fulfillment partner does not remove your rights against Mimsy in relation to your purchase. Contact us directly for order or delivery assistance.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting mimsyshopus@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, the returns process applies. Our Refund Policy provides a 30-day money-back guarantee from delivery, free return shipping and no restocking fee. Contact us before returning an item so we can confirm the return method and address.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after receipt and checking of the return or confirmation of a valid cancellation. The payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. These Terms do not reduce the return and replacement rights described in our Refund Policy.

6. Website content and submissions

You may print or download website content for personal use. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

If you submit a review, image or other content for publication, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share it. You allow Mimsy to display that submitted content in connection with the store and its products. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We may remove unlawful, misleading or rights-infringing submissions.

7. Third-party links

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Linking to our website must not misrepresent an association with or endorsement by Mimsy.

8. Website availability and liability

We take reasonable steps to maintain the website, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, updates or technical issues. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will post the updated version with a revised date. The terms that applied when you placed an order continue to govern that purchase, subject to any mandatory legal requirements.
