Where we deliver
We currently deliver to the United States. Available delivery options for your address are shown at checkout.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: free sitewide, with no minimum order value.
- Express shipping: $15.00 USD when available at checkout.
Your selected shipping method and any shipping charge are shown before you complete your purchase. Free Standard shipping does not require a discount code.
Delivery information
Review the delivery information shown for your destination before placing your order. Timing depends on the shipping method, destination and fulfillment arrangements. Contact mimsyshopus@gmail.com if you need delivery information for a particular date before ordering.
We work with fulfillment partners to prepare and dispatch orders. Orders may be sent directly from a fulfillment partner. When tracking is available for your order, we will email the tracking details after dispatch. Carrier tracking may take time to show its first update.
Delays and order updates
If we cannot dispatch your order within the time stated when you ordered, we will contact you with an updated estimate and any options to consent to the delay or cancel for a refund, as required by applicable law. Contact us if your order appears delayed or a tracking update is unclear.

Returns and damaged deliveries
