Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Mimsy and our partners, including Shopify, use cookies and similar technologies on mimsy.shop. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.
What cookies do
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Similar technologies can store information or help recognize your browser or device. They support features such as keeping items in your cart, remembering choices, understanding visits and measuring advertising.
Cookie categories
- Essential: needed for core features such as the cart, checkout, security and saving your privacy choices.
- Preferences: remember optional choices to personalize your visit.
- Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the store and improve it.
- Marketing: help us and our partners deliver relevant advertising and measure campaigns.
Meta advertising technologies
Our Facebook & Instagram by Meta integration uses the Meta Pixel in your browser for advertising measurement and personalization. It also uses advanced matching and the Conversions API to share purchase events and available contact identifiers with Meta, including through Shopify's servers. This sharing is subject to your privacy choices and our store's customer privacy settings. See our Privacy Policy and the Meta Privacy Policy for more information.
Manage your choices
Use the cookie banner to accept or decline optional cookies, or choose Manage preferences to select categories. You can reopen Cookie preferences on our website to change your choices later. Declining optional cookies does not prevent you from shopping; essential cookies remain active so the store can function.
You can also use your browser settings to delete or block cookies. Blocking essential cookies may affect your cart, checkout or saved preferences. Choices may need to be set again if you clear your browser data or use a different browser or device.
Shopify and other partners
Shopify hosts our store. Depending on the features you use and your privacy choices, Shopify and other service providers may use these technologies to deliver store services, analytics and advertising. Details about personal information, sharing and your rights are in our Privacy Policy. See also Shopify's Cookie Policy.
Privacy requests
For questions or privacy requests, contact mimsyshopus@gmail.com. Where applicable, you can also use the privacy choices offered on our website to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising.
