1. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

If your Mimsy purchase is not right for your family, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. You may try the product to decide whether it is right for you. Take reasonable care of it and return it with its included parts and accessories.

We cover return shipping, and there is no restocking fee. Purchases made at a promotional or discounted price are also covered by this guarantee.

2. How to request a return

Email mimsyshopus@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a prepaid return method and confirm the return address. Do not pay for return postage or send an item to an address that our team has not confirmed.

3. Refunds

We will review your return and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive and check the returned item, or after a valid cancellation is confirmed. Your bank or payment provider may take a further 7–10 business days to post the refund after it is issued.

For a returned item, the refund is based on the amount you actually paid after any applicable discount. If you purchased a bundle or multiple items, contact us before a partial return so we can confirm which items to return and the refund amount.

4. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us with your order number and a description of the issue as soon as you notice it. Photos can help us resolve the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a refund and cover any required return shipping.

5. Cancellations

To cancel an order before dispatch, email us with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, please follow the returns process above.
